At Small Biz CIO Services we have three different offering for Project Management Services:

• Leading Role and Management
• Maintenance and Monitoring
• Reevaluate and Relaunch

Leading Role and Management

The most standard and popular offering, we will actively lead a team to complete your project. We will coordinate teams, gather requirements, outline dependencies, identify and track project risks, communicate health and status of the project, identify and track key milestones and all the other standards components you would expect from a professional project manager

Maintenance and Monitoring

This option is for project teams that are functioning well, but still want someone to help out with prioritization, highlight dependencies, outline integration points, identify risks and coordinate suppliers.  There are many project teams that only require a little help.

Reevaluate and Relaunch

This offering is the more complex based upon the current situation of the project.  We will work with you and your team to repair and revive a broken project and set it on the right course for success. Projects in this category should never remain in this status for more than 30 days.  When we are engaged in this option, we prefer to report directly to the CEO or equivalent in the organization to ensure they are satisfied and informed of the progress.  Additionally, we will take direction, suggestions and guidance from them based upon their view of what will make the project a success.
